Instructional Designer (Permanent and Contract Positions) : Halifax

As an Instructional Designer you will be responsible for the analysis, design and development of in-class and online training. Working closely with Project Managers, Instructional Designers and Developers, you will design creative instructional strategies.

Key Skills and Experience:

Analyze, edit, and review content
Develop instructional design plans
Develop storyboards in various storyboarding tools and media
Consult and collaborate with client Subject Matter Expert

Qualifications:

A Diploma in Instructional Design or equivalent (Certification Adult Education)
At least 3 years experience developing instructional courseware in a technical software environment
Thorough understanding of the Web as an instructional medium with background designing content for e-learning courses (Web-based)

A proven ability to assess content design and document development processes
