<p>Recognized as one of the world&#8217;s most iconic global aviation events, the FIA boasts tradeshows featuring delegations from dozens of countries (70 delegations from 38 countries attended FIA 2008), exhibition halls, flying and static displays, and a UAV pavilion.  FIA 2010 will evolve its business theme to include a number of new networking initiatives such as a themed conference and seminar programme, a ‘Meet Your Buyer’ event and a day dedicated to International Futures for Youth, a dedicated ‘Space Zone’, and enhanced UAV presence.</p>

In addition to presenting, he will be acting as Course Leader and Principal Lecturer for the session.</p>

<p>Drawing from his more than 17 years experience at the helm of a successful and award-winning learning development firm, Mr. Rizkalla will be giving a presentation entitled “Training Needs Analysis &amp; Managing a Training Budget”. In this lecture, Mr. Rizkalla will examine in detail not only the importance of, but also the most effective and efficient methods for, successfully analyzing your organization’s training needs and implementing and managing a training program that maximizes your organization’s Return On Investment.</p>

<p>“Providing training within an organization is a business investment – organizations proactively create for themselves a more informed, engaged, and productive workforce – and as with any investment there’s an expectation of a positive return” says Mr. Rizkalla. “Yet a study by the Canadian e-Learning Journal found that while fully 95% of organizations that implement training programs diligently measure learner satisfaction, only 5% to 20% of these organizations measure business outcomes. Organizations are investing a great deal of time and money into learning initiatives and then overwhelmingly failing to evaluate the success of this investment, often because they don’t have the knowledge and tools to do so. I provide that knowledge. Bluedrop has been building and continually improving upon these tools for well over a decade.”</p>

<p>The two day conference, which takes place February 1st and 2nd in Toronto, provides a unique opportunity for attendees to learn first-hand from Canada’s foremost training and training management experts. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As <strong>Account Manager </strong>you will use innovative selling strategies to identify and qualify e-learning opportunities; establish and enhance strategic client relationships; achieve sales results, and maximize profit margins. You will do this via cold calling, telemarketing, direct referrals, and market research and planning. As a main point of contact for your assigned client base, you will ensure that clients fully understand, and appreciate the value and approach for our proposed solutions. You will help shape and evolve meaningful approaches and solutions that help our clients achieve business outcomes through e-learning. You will effectively manage sales cycles, promptly respond to client needs, actively participate in sales meetings, and track sales activities as required. You are ambitious with a real passion for solutions selling and understand the value of exceptional customer service. You have an appetite for success and are driven by your desire to achieve your goals.</p>
<p>As the ideal candidate you have:</p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years experience selling business solutions (versus products) to the oil &amp; gas and construction industries</li>
<li>A working background with e-learning, sales, marketing, and/or corporate training and have a comprehensive, solution-orientated, highly methodical approach to sales</li>
<li>Strong relationship-building and account mapping skills, the ability to achieve targets, and understand the sales pipeline and sales cycles</li>
<li>Excellent webinar and presentation skills</li>
