Bluedrop to Develop Online Learning for Johnson & Johnson

Bluedrop is pleased to announce that in an international competition, Johnson & Johnson recently selected Bluedrop Performance Learning to develop customized e-Learning programs for its Sales and Marketing Process Excellence group.
Johnson & Johnson hopes to reduce the amount of classroom hours, while at the same time increase learner accessibility and scalability through the design of flexible content for use across multiple audiences. Bluedrop’s training solution aims to alleviate some of the pressure placed on the Johnson & Johnson Process Excellence training team and on their Subject Matter Experts.
For nearly 16 years, Bluedrop has been providing learning and technical solutions to its international client base. Over this time, Bluedrop has developed a successful track record in providing technical training to various industries. “We are very proud of our credentials.
